There's no doubt the food we put in our bodies effects how we feel. Most of us today would rather have a healthy home cooked meal over take-out or delivery. Unfortunately our schedule doesn't always allow us to work all day and still have the time to put a decent meal together. Or maybe you just want to lose a little weight for your New Years resolution. A new work out plan is one part of the problem, but meal prep, and and a proper diet is just as important.
